How can we deliver your purchases?
The methods available depend on the dimensions, weight and type of products in your cart. For larger toys, the system will automatically show the appropriate service.
Courier and Paczkomat® parcel locker
Delivery to your chosen address or convenient collection from your selected InPost Paczkomat® parcel locker.
GLS courier
Courier delivery to your chosen address. You will receive the information needed to track your parcel.
DHL courier
Standard delivery and handling of larger parcels where the product’s dimensions require a separate rate.
Collection in person — free of charge
You can collect your order from ul. Wolska 34, 05-650 Chynów. Please wait for confirmation that it is ready for collection.
Pallet delivery and individual quotes
Products that require a different transport method because of their dimensions or weight may be shipped on a pallet or require an individual delivery quote.
DHL pallet deliveries
We offer DHL Pallet Courier and DHL NST Pallet Courier for non-standard shipments. The availability and cost of each service depend on the products in the order and the delivery address. You can check the available options in your cart.
Individually quoted transport
If your order requires an individual quote, contact us to agree the cost and terms of transport. Please provide the products, their quantities, and the delivery postcode and town. The PLN 0 amount shown for the ‘Individual quote’ option does not mean delivery is free — the cost must be agreed separately.

The cost of standard parcels and available pallet services is calculated in your cart based on dimensions, weight, address and the selected payment method. For the ‘Individual quote’ option, we agree the transport cost with you directly. Higher rates may apply to large products, and InPost is only available for selected items.

Frequently asked questions
When will my order be dispatched?
We usually prepare orders for dispatch within 24 working hours. For payment by traditional bank transfer, this period starts when the funds reach our account.
Why can’t I see all carriers in my cart?
The system only shows methods suitable for the products in your cart. Dimensions, weight, delivery address and the restrictions of each service all matter.
Can I pay the courier on delivery?
Yes, you can choose cash on delivery for eligible courier shipments. The exact price will appear in your cart.
Can several orders be combined into one parcel?
Contact us as soon as possible. Combining orders may not be possible if we have already started preparing them or handed the parcel to the carrier.
